prevalence of chronic diseases and long-term illnesses pose challenges to the public healthcare system. To ease the burden and strengthen primary healthcare at the community level, The Haven of Hope Christian Service, funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, established a PHARM+ Haven of Hope Community Pharmacy in Tseung Kwan O to serve Sai Kung residents primarily. The pharmacy is operated as a non-profit organization and in charged by registered pharmacist in order to provide accessible and affordable dispensing services, medication consultation, advice on chronic diseases and minor ailments, and promote health literacy and safe use of medication. Meanwhile, our pharmacy provides the support in the primary health care in the district. \u200b<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
