Here is the message from the family member of the Haven of Hope Palliative Care Service user:<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cMy father passed away on 14 January afternoon and now enjoying the joyful life in heaven. We want to express our gratitude to all of you on behalf of my father. It was really a difficult time for us; however, his situation was changed on the second day of his stay at the Hospital. You were attentive to his needs even when he became unconscious. We thank for your sincere smile, eye contacts and all the explanations about my father\u2019s condition to us. Before he said a final good-bye to us, you cut his hair and took a bath for him, which made him looked nice. Although we cannot remember all your names, your attentive care and sincere faces will never be forgotten.\u201d<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cPalliative Care Service\u201d of the Haven of Hope Hospital provides supporting service to the terminally ill patients and their family members. It offers intensive clinical and psycho-social support to the patients and their family which help them to face death with dignity and peace.<\/p>
