Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Corporate Communications in developing branding and public relations strategy

(3) Operations General Manager - District Elderly Community Service (Ref : DECS/OGM)  
Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the strategic development and supervising and monitoring the daily operational requirements of the operations of DECS and related funding projects
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with Haven of Hope Christian Service’s Vision, Mission and Core Values
  • Providing strategic support for continuous services development and innovation to meet the dynamic and changing needs in the community

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in social work & other relevant professional discipline and of which at least 8 years or above in management position
  • Good in people and communications skills for effective interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
  • Good team player and able to drive projects and initiatives
  • Capacity to learn and to work well under multiple priorities and pressure

 

 

 

(4) Operations Manager - Chinese Medicine (Ref : PHS/OM/AOM)
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations General Manager in managing and developing health care services.  It includes but not limit to provision of sound financial, human and physical resources, and administrative management in achieving the objectives of CMCTR.
  • Implement effective internal control system and risk management for quality and safety aspect of the CMCTR.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with more than 7 years of relevant working experiences.  At least 4 years of experience in managerial role and of which 2 years should be in clinical administration and personnel management.    Previous registered nursing experience is preferable.
  • Creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes.
  • Ability to organise work in a busy working environment, meet all reporting requirement and deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese and fluent Cantonese.
  • Competency in different management domains such as patient relation, incident and emergency responses, health communication and promotion and etc.

(5) Operations Manager – Clinic Services (Ref : PHS/CS/OM)
Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinics operations and full P&L,  
  • Be responsible for maintaining and revamping the SOP for clinic operations,
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to meet corporate guidelines and development strategies,
  • Maintain excellent customer service level,  
  • Manage and improve clinical record management system effectively,
  • Train and coach frontline and motivate them to reach unit targets and agency VMV,
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values (VMV) of Haven of Hope Christian Service.

 Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with at least 7 years sound and solid clinic operations experiences; preferable health care management, medical sciences, health informatics, and record management, health technology, public health, nursing and other related health disciplines etc., Previous registered nursing experience is preferable. 
  • Good in planning and organizing, problem solving, system thinking and communication,
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently,
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

 

 

 

(6) Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers (Ref : PHS/CHD/OM)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day service operations, its related operational cost and staff issues as well as supervising process on the various team initiatives
  • Deliver direct professional practice in services and team coaching/ training as appropriate on case management in primary health care setting
  • Promote primary health in HK on self-financing operations
  • Assist and facilitate team(s) in building up effective community networks with external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience; preferable in Social Work or Community Health
  • Strong proficiency in community-based service center operations as well as solid community health care service provisions
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities and health/medical writing skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and familiar in social media management
  • Ability in good proposal writing and report

  • To assist the Home Manager in managing the operation of the Home as well as implementing the corporate policies

  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties

  • To supervise Floor In Charge and monitor floor operations as well as nursing and personal care services
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Degree in Nursing or Health Care, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit

(9) Advanced Practitioner (Social Worker) (Ref : CRS/DSC/APSW/SW)

  • Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong
  • A Master's degree in Social Work with minimum 5 years working experience in mental disability service; applicants with lesser experience would be considered for Social Worker position
  • Demonstrated ability in working in multi-disciplinary teams and strong believer of holistic care approach
  • Provide training, coaching and supervision to social workers
  • Compassion and sensitivity to people with mental disabilities in their various needs
  • High level of proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills

 

 

 

(10) Research Officer (Ref: SSO/CEOO/RES)
Responsibilities:

  • Research design; liaise with related parties and institutions; plan, develop and conduct community-based interventions and training programs for participants
  • Overall management of project, including project milestones, timelines and budgets
  • Preparation and submission of protocols for ethics approval
  • Ensuring team compliance with study protocols and SOPs; engaging with stakeholders to promote accomplishment of project milestones
  • Collection of big data; oversee data collection and management; disseminate project findings to key stakeholders; participate in conference presentations and in write up and publication of findings/ reports
  • Provide research-related advice to senior management and service units

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree holder or above in public health, social sciences, or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in community-based research, public health research or research related to elderly, people with disabilities, etc. Have demonstrable experience of running independent research
  • Have the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; the ability to work closely with external parties including academics and social service groups

(11) Integrated Medicine Nurse (Ref : PHS/CS/CMCTR/IMN)
Responsibilities: 

  • Actively participate in clinic administrations, involve in Western medicine/Chinese medicine practices including drug management, clinic management systems, infection control, emergency response and etc.
  • Responsible for clinical support, coaching and training to frontline health careers.
  • Deliver direct professional patient services at clinic(s) with other professional team members
  • Involve in case management for clients with chronic diseases in primary health care setting

Requirement: 

  • Obtain valid practicing certificate of a registered nurse
  • Preferred those with good medical writing and computer operation skills

  • No overnight duty shift
  • With a minimal 3-5 years of management experiences in clinical or community/primary health care setting

(12) Facility Officer-Facility Management (Ref: SSO/FM/FO)
Responsibilities: 

  • Handling projects of refurbishment / repair / maintenance nature
  • Attend and manage repair requests from homes, centres, clinics, and offices

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations General Manager in managing and developing health care services.  It includes but not limit to provision of sound financial, human and physical resources, and administrative management in achieving the objectives of CMCTR.
  • Implement effective internal control system and risk management for quality and safety aspect of the CMCTR.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with more than 7 years of relevant working experiences.  At least 4 years of experience in managerial role and of which 2 years should be in clinical administration and personnel management.    Previous registered nursing experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinics operations and full P&L,  
  • Be responsible for maintaining and revamping the SOP for clinic operations,

(6) Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers (Ref : PHS/CHD/OM)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day service operations, its related operational cost and staff issues as well as supervising process on the various team initiatives
  • Deliver direct professional practice in services and team coaching/ training as appropriate on case management in primary health care setting
  • Promote primary health in HK on self-financing operations
  • Assist and facilitate team(s) in building up effective community networks with external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience; preferable in Social Work or Community Health

Responsibilities:

  • Research design; liaise with related parties and institutions; plan, develop and conduct community-based interventions and training programs for participants

  • Ensuring team compliance with study protocols and SOPs; engaging with stakeholders to promote accomplishment of project milestones

屬保健員職系,曾修讀保健員統一訓練課程並已註冊成為保健員,至少具一年或以上保健員工作經驗,須輪班,工作地點於將軍澳區。歡迎經驗較少或剛考取保健員牌照者申請為健康服務員,並獲提供在職培訓

  • 協助感染控制,五常法及環境安全統籌, 安排儀器維修
  • 為前線照顧新同工,提供臨床護理照顧培訓
  • 工作地點 : 靈實護養院(鄰近靈實醫院)

 

 

 

(31) 護理助理員  (編號 : SASHCC/NA)   

  • 曾修讀保健員訓練課程,並已註冊成為保健員
  • 對護理行業有熱誠、愛心及寧養服務有心志者更為合適
  • 服務體弱長者、長期病患者及晚期癌症病人
  • 與護士團隊並肩提供護理服務,需輪班服務
  • 經驗較少者可申請為初級護理助理員

 

 

 

(32) 文員 (編號 : CSE/Clerk)

  • 中四或以上程度,懂中、英文打字、能操作基本電腦軟件、具良好溝通技巧
  • 負責長者服務的文書及物資 處理、小額雜費紀錄、接待聯絡、協助舉辦活動和一般行政工作等、需具耐心及愛心
  • 工作地點:東九龍

 

 

 

(33) 復康服務員暨司機  (編號 : PHS/CHD/RSW_D)

  • 中三程度,並持有效駕駛執照 (可駕駛車輛類別:1)
  • 協助治療師為肢體殘疾人士進行社區∕到戶復康訓練 (取錄後會有適當培訓)   
  • 駕駛車輛接載肢體殘疾人士進行復康訓練/活動及同事到戶提供訓練/服務 
  • 打理車輛內外整潔等工作   
  • 有愛心、有責任感,具備良好的溝通能力,性格主動,能獨立處事
  • 工作地點﹕將軍澳、西貢及鄰近地區 

 

 

(34) 訓練助理 (編號 : HHHCT/TA)

  • 初中程度
  • 提供支援、指導及職業訓練予智障人士及精神病康復者
  • 需協助統籌飯盒及軟餐制作
  • 處理一般文書工作
  • 具餐飲服務經驗者優先考慮

 

 

 

(35) 訓練助理 (編號 : SSEC/TA)

  • 初中程度
  • 具智障成人訓練服務及相關經驗者優先考慮
  • 負責中心庶務工作,執行學員起居照顧,協助中心學員參與日常生活訓練及活動
  • 工作時間 : 星期一至五:0830至1800,每週工作5天
  • 工作地點:將軍澳

 

 

 

(36) 健康服務員
完成小六課程,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心;曾受相關訓練及一年工作經驗優先考慮 ,須輪班工作,歡迎申請半職、兼職或長夜工作。

  • (編號 :CASD/HSW) 有意服務智障及或肢體傷殘人士日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、如廁及陪診等,持復康訓練及物理治療助理培訓證書優先考慮。工作地點:鄰近坑口港鐵
  • (編號 : CSE/HSW) 有意服務長者護理中心或家居之長者及/長期病患者的日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、復康訓練、如廁、送飯、陪伴、家居清潔及陪診等,工作地點:西貢、將軍澳及東九龍;無須輪夜班
  • (編號 : TC/TLTC/ETCP/PT HSW) 於長者日間中心及長者家居工作,陪診及送飯。時間: 08:00至18:00 (星期一至六, 每週工作22.5 小時),主要工作地點:將軍澳、西貢及東九龍;無須輪夜班

 

 

 

(37) 兼職服務助理 (編號 : CSE/PT-SA)

  • 小學或以上程度,能閱讀中文,有志投身護理行業,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 服務家居之長者的日常護理照顧工作,包括:送飯、家居清潔(不需提供個人護理照顧)

 

 

 

(38) 全職/兼職支援服務助理
小學或以上程度

  • (編號:NH/GSA) 專責一般院舍清潔及雜務工作(樓層清潔及處理垃圾),以及洗衣房工作
  • 只須上下班輪值,毋須輪夜班
  • 工作地點 : 靈實護養院(鄰近靈實醫院)
  • (編號:WPH/GSA/RE) 負責院內一般清潔工作 ,只須上下班輪值,毋須夜班,輪休
  • 工作地點 : 坑口靈實胡平頤養院
  • (編號:TC/HKWDE/PT-GSA)  負責中心一般清潔及雜務工作, 包括辦公室及洗手間清潔
  • 工作時間 : 星期一至六,每週22.5小時,毋須輪夜
  • 主要工作地點 : 港島西
  • (編號:CSE/YMDE/GSA) 負責護理中心內之日常清潔事務,簡單衣物修補,外勤,購物及預備簡單早餐及茶點
  • 將軍澳區工作,毋須夜班

 

 

 

(39) 司機 (編號 : TC/HKEDE/D) 

  • 持有效駕駛執照(可駕駛車輛類別:1,2,4,9及10) 
  • 能明瞭簡單中,英文;富熱誠,具耐性及愛心,負責駕駛車輛、運送及搬運文件物資、打理車輛內外整潔、簡單維修工作、接送長者/智障/肢體殘障人士到有關活動場地: 
  • 工作地點:港島區/將軍澳區 (或會指派到其他地區工作) 

 

 

(40) 技工 (編號 : RSD/A) 

  • 須持有(電牌A) ,另備(中工)、(大工)及水喉工證書則更佳
  • 具簡單泥水工作,如油漆、批灰等的基本技能者優先考慮
  • 負責一般水電維修及木工,包括冷氣、水喉、渠務、電掣櫃等,並保持一般機電良好運作
  • 處理一切緊急及定期維修/跟進事宜
  • 有院舍工作經驗更佳

(40) Human Resources Officer / Assistant - Staff Engagement (Ref: SSO/SE/HRO)
Job Description:

  • Diploma level or above with strong interest in Human Resources Management
  • With 2 years’ or above with all-round HR experience, NGO experience is an advantage
  • Provide a full spectrum of human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, staff activities and performance management
  • Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Good time management, interpersonal and data analytical skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and good team player
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant

 

 

 

(41) Executive Manager - Staff Engagement, C&B (Ref: SSO/SE/EM)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team and responsible for the day-to-day operation in the managing employees compensation and benefits, establishment of headcounts, policy review and reward management activities, etc.
  • Experienced in conducting salary survey and HRIS enhancement projects
  • Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide HR Functions.
  • Acting as a change agent, proactive and good in strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or above and conversant with the Employment Ordinance
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position and supervision of a small team, preferably gained in NGO(s)
  • Solid and proven Human Resources experiences in handling payroll administration, taxation, compensation & benefits administration, knowledge on HRIS development, etc.
  • With qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization.
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, as well as MS office
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values and a good team player
